1. 서비스
socialone(이하 "서비스")은 이용자가 연결한 소셜 계정에 게시물을 올리고, 그 계정의 댓글과 메시지를 한곳에서 확인·답장하며, 이용자가 정한 규칙에 따라 자동으로 답하게 해 주는 도구입니다.
2. 계정과 워크스페이스
- 초대받은 사람만 Google 계정으로 로그인할 수 있습니다. 로그인 정보와 기기를 안전하게 관리할 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
- 워크스페이스에 연결한 소셜 계정은 그 계정을 관리할 권한이 있는 사람만 연결해야 합니다.
3. 이용자의 책임
- 연결한 플랫폼(예: Instagram)의 약관과 정책, 관련 법령을 지켜야 합니다. 스팸, 원치 않는 대량 메시지, 타인의 권리를 침해하는 콘텐츠를 보내서는 안 됩니다.
- 서비스는 YouTube API Services를 사용합니다. YouTube 계정을 연결해 서비스를 이용하면 YouTube 이용약관에 동의하고 이를 지키는 것으로 봅니다.
- 자동응답 규칙과 그 결과로 보내진 메시지에 대한 책임은 규칙을 만든 이용자에게 있습니다. 서비스는 테스트 모드, 발송 상한, 즉시 중지 같은 안전장치를 제공합니다.
- 이용자가 올린 글·이미지·영상의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다. 회사는 서비스를 제공하는 데 필요한 범위(저장, 변환, 플랫폼으로 전송)에서만 이를 사용합니다.
4. 서비스 제공과 한계
- 게시와 발송은 연결한 플랫폼의 API를 거칩니다. 플랫폼의 장애·정책 변경·한도로 늦어지거나 실패할 수 있습니다.
- 회사는 같은 게시물이 두 번 올라가지 않도록 설계했습니다. 결과가 확실하지 않을 때는 자동으로 다시 보내지 않고 이용자에게 확인을 요청합니다.
- 예약 게시가 예정 시각보다 크게 늦어지면 게시하지 않고 이용자에게 확인을 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 회사는 서비스를 "있는 그대로" 제공하며, 법이 허용하는 범위에서 간접 손해에 책임지지 않습니다.
5. 개인정보
개인정보는 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리합니다.
6. 해지
이용자는 언제든 계정 연결을 끊고 데이터 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다(데이터 삭제 안내). 회사는 약관이나 플랫폼 정책을 심각하게 위반한 경우 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
7. 변경과 준거법
약관을 바꾸면 이 페이지에 알리고 시행일을 적습니다. 이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다.

The Service
socialone (the "Service") lets you publish to social accounts you connect, read and reply to their comments and messages in one inbox, and set rules that reply automatically.
Accounts
Only invited people can sign in with Google. Keep your login and devices secure. Connect only social accounts you are authorized to manage.
Your responsibilities
Follow the connected platforms' terms and policies (for example Instagram) and applicable law. The Service uses YouTube API Services: by using the Service with a YouTube account, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Do not send spam, unwanted bulk messages, or content that infringes others' rights. You are responsible for your auto-reply rules and the messages they send; the Service provides safeguards such as a test mode, sending limits and an instant stop. You keep the rights to your content; we use it only as needed to run the Service (store, convert, send to the platforms).
Availability and limits
Publishing and sending go through platform APIs and may be delayed or fail because of platform outages, policy changes or limits. We designed the Service not to publish the same post twice; when a result is uncertain we do not resend automatically and ask you instead. The Service is provided "as is" and, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.

Termination
You can disconnect accounts and request deletion at any time (Data deletion). We may restrict use for serious violations of these terms or platform policies.
Changes and governing law
We will post changes on this page with an effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
