삭제하는 방법

  1. Instagram 앱에서 설정 → 앱 및 웹사이트로 가서 socialone을 삭제하면 연결이 끊기고 토큰이 삭제됩니다.
  2. 같은 화면에서 데이터 삭제를 요청하면 socialone이 저장한 그 계정의 데이터(연결 정보, 토큰, 수집한 댓글·메시지, 게시 기록, 알림 원문)를 삭제하고 확인 코드를 드립니다. 이 페이지에서 코드로 진행 상황을 볼 수 있습니다.
  3. 또는 문의처(jc@codefactory.ai)로 연결한 계정 이름과 함께 삭제를 요청해 주세요.

How to delete your data

  1. In Instagram, go to Settings → Apps and websites and remove socialone. We stop collecting and delete the access token.
  2. If you request data deletion there, we delete everything we stored for that account (connection, tokens, collected comments and messages, publish records, raw notifications) and give you a confirmation code you can check on this page.
  3. Or email jc@codefactory.ai with the account username.
