개인정보처리방침

socialone(이하 "서비스")은 사용자가 연결한 소셜 계정에 글을 게시하고, 그 계정의 댓글과 메시지를 한곳에서 관리하게 해 주는 서비스입니다.
1. 수집하는 정보
- 로그인·워크스페이스 정보: 이메일, 이름, 로그인 수단(예: Google), 소속 워크스페이스와 역할. 로그인과 세션 유지는 인증 서비스(Clerk)가 처리합니다.
- 연결한 계정 정보: 플랫폼 계정 ID, 사용자 이름, 계정 유형, 허용한 권한
- 접근 토큰: 플랫폼 API 호출에 필요한 토큰. 암호화해서 저장하며 화면이나 로그에 남기지 않습니다.
- 연결한 계정의 댓글과 메시지: 작성자 ID·이름, 내용, 첨부 정보, 시각. 연결한 계정이 받거나 보낸 것만 수집합니다.
- 사용자가 작성하고 올린 콘텐츠: 게시글, 이미지·영상, 예약 시각, 게시 결과(게시물 ID, 링크)
- 플랫폼이 보내는 알림 원문: 처리 기록과 오류 복구를 위해 처리 후 30일 동안 보관하고 삭제합니다.
2. 이용 목적
- 사용자가 요청한 게시물을 연결한 계정에 게시하고 결과를 보여 주기 위해
- 연결한 계정의 댓글·메시지를 모아 보여 주고, 사용자가 답할 수 있게 하기 위해
- 서비스 장애 확인과 보안을 위해
광고나 프로필 분석에 쓰지 않고, 제3자에게 판매하지 않습니다.
3. 보관과 삭제
- 계정이 연결되어 있는 동안 보관합니다. 로그인 정보는 계정을 삭제할 때까지 보관합니다. 워크스페이스를 삭제하면 그 워크스페이스의 채널·게시물·수집 데이터를 함께 삭제합니다.
- 플랫폼에서 앱 연결을 끊으면 즉시 수집을 멈추고 접근 토큰을 삭제합니다.
- 데이터 삭제를 요청하면 그 계정의 연결 정보, 토큰, 수집한 댓글·메시지, 게시 기록, 알림 원문을 삭제합니다. 방법은 데이터 삭제 안내를 보세요.
4. 처리 위탁과 저장 위치
서비스 운영을 위해 클라우드 호스팅(Vercel), 데이터베이스(Neon), 파일 저장소(Cloudflare R2), 로그인·계정 관리(Clerk) 업체를 이용합니다. 이들은 회사의 지시에 따라서만 정보를 처리하며, 일부는 해외(미국 등)에서 처리될 수 있습니다.
5. 이용자의 권리
언제든 자신의 정보를 열람, 정정, 삭제하거나 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 아래 문의처로 연락해 주세요.
6. YouTube 계정을 연결하는 경우
- 서비스는 YouTube API Services를 사용합니다. YouTube 계정을 연결하면 YouTube 이용약관과 Google 개인정보처리방침도 적용됩니다.
- 연결한 채널의 ID·이름·핸들, 사용자가 올리는 영상과 그 제목·설명·공개 설정, 채널 영상에 달린 댓글(작성자 채널 ID·이름, 내용, 시각)을 위 1~2항의 목적으로만 이용합니다.
- 언제든 Google 보안 설정(타사 앱 접근)에서 서비스의 접근 권한을 해제할 수 있습니다.
- YouTube에서 받은 댓글 등은 30일 안에 다시 받아 갱신하지 못하면 삭제합니다. 접근 권한을 해제하면 7일 안에 그 채널에서 수집한 데이터와 접근 토큰을 삭제합니다.

socialone (the "Service") lets you publish to social accounts you connect and manage those accounts' comments and messages in one place.
What we collect
- Sign-in and workspaces: email, name, sign-in method (e.g. Google), workspaces you belong to and your role. Sign-in and sessions are handled by our authentication provider (Clerk).
- Connected account: platform account ID, username, account type, granted permissions.
- Access tokens: stored encrypted; never shown or logged.
- Comments and messages of the connected account: author ID and name, content, attachments, timestamps. Only what the connected account receives or sends.
- Content you create: posts, images and videos, schedules, publish results (post ID, link).
- Raw platform notifications: kept for 30 days after processing for records and recovery, then deleted.
How we use it
To publish what you ask for, to show and let you reply to your connected accounts' comments and messages, and to operate and secure the Service. We do not use it for advertising or profiling and we do not sell it.
Retention and deletion
We keep data while the account is connected. If you remove the app on the platform, we stop collecting and delete the access token immediately. If you request deletion, we delete the account's connection, tokens, collected comments and messages, publish records and raw notifications. See Data deletion.
Processors
We use cloud hosting (Vercel), a database (Neon), file storage (Cloudflare R2) and sign-in and account management (Clerk). They process data only on our instructions; some processing may take place outside Korea (for example in the United States).
If you connect a YouTube account
The Service uses YouTube API Services. When you connect a YouTube account, the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy also apply. We use the connected channel's ID, name and handle, the videos you upload with their titles, descriptions and visibility, and comments on the channel's videos (author channel ID and name, content, time) only for the purposes above. You can revoke the Service's access at any time in Google security settings (third-party access). Data received from YouTube, such as comments, is deleted if it is not refreshed from YouTube within 30 days, and if you revoke access we delete the data collected from that channel and its access tokens within 7 days.
