Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for SocialBase (the “Service”), operated by INFJ Studio Inc (“we”, “us”). It is part of our Terms of Service. We want you to feel safe trying SocialBase, so our policy is intentionally simple and generous.

How billing works
Paid plans are billed in advance the moment you subscribe, and your access starts immediately. There is no separate trial to forget about — instead, your first payment is fully protected by the 14-day money-back guarantee below, so you can try SocialBase with no risk. Plans renew automatically until you cancel.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not happy with SocialBase, request a refund within 14 days of your first paymentand we will refund that payment in full — no questions asked. Just email support@socialbasehq.com from your account address, or use the in-app billing page. There is nothing to justify and no fine print.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel anytime from Billinginside the app, which opens our payment provider’s self-serve portal. Cancelling stops all future charges immediately; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then drops to the free state. We do not require you to contact us to cancel.
Renewals after your first period
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Payments for renewal periods after your first one are generally non-refundable, because you can cancel at any time to prevent the next charge. That said, if something went wrong — you forgot to cancel, were charged unexpectedly, or simply did not use the Service — email us before disputing the charge with your bank.We resolve almost every billing issue with a same-week refund, which is far faster than a bank dispute (those can take 60–90 days). We would always rather refund you than have you fight your bank.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment provider. Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We do not charge a fee to process a refund.
Automatic renewal & how to stop it
SocialBase is a subscription that renews automatically at the price and interval you selected (monthly or annual) until you cancel. The amount and renewal date are shown at checkout, in your confirmation email, and on the Billing page. To stop future charges, cancel before your next renewal date using the self-serve portal described above.
Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to any rights you have under applicable law. If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, or a US state with subscription-protection laws (such as California), you may have additional cancellation or withdrawal rights; our 14-day guarantee is intended to meet or exceed them. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.
Payments & merchant of record
Payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record. Your card statement will show a SocialBase descriptor for each charge. If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us before disputing it — we can identify it and refund it right away.
Changes
We may update this policy; the terms in effect when you were charged apply to that charge. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated policy.
