Deleting your data

SocialBase stores references to the Instagram accounts you connect, an access token for each connected account (encrypted at rest), the comment and direct-message data your automations process, and the automations and lead records you create. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Disconnect an account

Go to Accounts and remove a connected Instagram account to revoke its access and delete its stored token. Removing SocialBase from your Instagram account does the same automatically.

Delete everything

To delete your account and all associated data, email support@socialbasehq.com from your account address. We process deletion requests promptly and confirm by email when complete.
